By renting from us, you, “The Renter” agree to the following:

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
All deposit payments are non-refundable.
The balance payment is to be made via bank transfer, PayNow or Cash upon self pick-up/delivery of the item to the renter.

Should there be a case where an event overruns, a grace period of 60 minutes will be given from the collection time. Past the grace period, a late fee which is the daily rental rate will be charged to the renter, up until the equipment’s return back to Pulse Rental.

The renter shall not take the equipment outside of Singapore under any circumstances whatsoever.

In order to prevent liability, the renter will provide covering or protection from weather conditions such as direct sunlight, rain, humidity or excessive winds to the equipment rented from Pulse Rental.

If at anytime damage or theft occurs to any equipment pertaining to Pulse Rental because of negligent acts of the renter, members, or its guests; the renter, will be held responsible to pay for the damages, or replacement of the rented equipment.

The renter must notify Pulse Rental immediately at the time of any such occurrence.
